the car needs to have some kind of speaker or something so you can verbally communicate with them, even if its with like preset phrases in a robotic voice. (also would be really funny if there was some kind of defense like a water gun against the bullies)
He could even just put a small screen on it and record a word document live where he just types what he wants to say.

It looks like you have the space on that car to actually put like a stuffed raccoon or something on there holding a steering wheel lmao. I always thought that would be hilarious. Like how some guys rig up their steering linkage to also turn a small steering wheel on the car, then have arms attached to the wheel that make it look like the raccoon (or whatever) is actually driving the thing.
