My son and his wife are expecting their first child -he is 49 and she is 41. They are so excited to finally have a family but they are get troubling news from the doctors and are being asked to take tests to make sure the baby is healthy. She has refused the tests and has asked for prayer. At church they went to the altar where the elders pray for people in need. The couple who prayed for them were so encouraging. It happens that the very same thing happened to them; they were told their baby would be unwell but when the child was born there was no sickness or deformity. I would appreciate your prayers and I will let you know what happens. The baby is due in August.
