Both ninja actually seem pretty good on paper but seem to completely not work in anything I try with them :(
thanks. anko has the increase nin if attack passive so she can be used in some strong approach team. While cee i dont think i can make anytime soon as Im severely limited in the lightning department. but I will see what I can do xD

Correction : skillbroken zabuza's ult isn't 0 chakra, but 20 ... but removes all buffs and shields on the target, and has 0 at the start of the battle. Noooot so bad eh. xD
