To solve the problem with the levels and gear that you will never use, there could be a similar system to what is in the forza horizon games. If you are unfamiliar, basically, every 100 levels a car has ( gear in this situation) there are different catergories D,C,B,A,S1,S2 and x class. This makes other gear actually useful to use in certain events

That would make the game a lot more fun for the people that have completed them and are forced to replay the same levels over and over. Hopefully Ubisoft listens to what everyone wants! On the bright side, the bmx is coming out next season so that should add some more decent content to the game
You didn't shoot yourself in the foot, it's just that Ubisoft didn't think the gear system through. This season wasn't around when the game was released, so naturally the seasonal gear won't be up to par for many people. Hell, I got the seasonal SP bike but I also got another shortly before that had better stats, instantly rendering it obsolete. It wouldn't be such an issue if we could use different gear designs in a transmog system or something, which is the more logical design choice.

I've noticed that now that I'm at 50 in almost everything that when my bar fills up its done it don't fill up again and I still can't use my wingsuits
Keep leveling up Steven its still works it just won't level you up passed 50 but you still get the chance to unlock elites
