  • Now then, we've had the Terrier for some time in a couple of LBSC liveries, but nothing to pull behind it for a longer time, so figured could do these rather nice looking coaches, was quite drawn to them due to that distinctive Drivers/Guards door!
Built in the usual way, only needing painting, glazing, handrails and the floor done with some bogies to complete, do look forward to more LBSC coaches in the future!

Would you believe I have a 1970's vintage Wrenn Cardiff Castle HO Loco. Yep, parents got me that and it was shipped all the way to Kauai. Still works, though my HO stuff is put away. During that time, I suppose I was gifted a 4x8 layout, scenery, mountians, tunnels. The switches were powered using tenshodo solonoids. Imagine that. Totally an N Scale guy now.

Always good to hear that the vintage engines still work, think my first layout was a simple OO Gauge one of about 6x4 feet of an oval and some painted terrain, don't think the model still works now however (I think I ran it into the ground.. or dropped it, I was quite young)
But N Gauge does offer good quality items in a smaller space which is more ideal nowadays!

James. These look excellent. Unfortunately, I haven't got any scope on my layout for a push/pull set. Have you got any other LBSC planned? Pete.

Glad you like them, and that's all alright, just finished designing the two Rover sets, do also have a Balloon set planned but that's a Pull/Push set as well, need to find more plans for those type of coaches.
Do want to make an E4 at some point as well!

@GosportRailworks James, I look forward to the coach sets, just what I need. I have an E4 built from a Worsley Works etch, but you can't have too many E4's , very useful engines. Pete.

Will be getting the LBSC coaches ready for a test print soon, will send you pics when they're ready, and always liked the E4, do miss the one I had in OO, was a lovely model!
