Next time just deflate the tire, once it's on reinflate the tire.
The tire requires a certain amount of psi or it will pop the bead as it’s tubeless when the tracks are put on. It’s designed to go on inflated we just didn’t have the right tool for the job.
@@younggunsopalhunters you partially deflate both tires, once on air both back up. The bead will still hold on both tires while repairs are made

Why not put air into the tyre after putting the tyre back onto the loader and why do you go to the doctor with 2 cars where you could have taken one. Waist of fuel doing that. Just something to think about lads

The tire requires a certain amount of air in it or it will pop the bead as it’s tubeless when the tracks are put on. It’s designed to go on inflated we just didn’t have the right tool for the job.
As for the two cars I can’t remember why we took two 😂 there was probably a good reason

did no one think of deflating the tyre to give the space needed then reinflate it?????

It's obvious that you put it on wile deflated then blow it up you would end up with a hernia or rip a muscle see you don't leave a thing of that magnitude you could of lost your foot
They need to put tire on first then put in gear then drive with track halfway on then it comes on the rest of the way
Good way to ruin the machine. It’s designed to go on as we put it on, just with the proper tool we didn’t have at the time. With the right tool to stretch it out it goes on in about 1min

Hey here is a thought.....why don't you deflate the tires to get the room you need....Hahahahahahaah
don't know if you see them down under, but they make tire spreaders here in the US that serve as blocks for trailers or caravans as you call them.
When that happens soak in a large hot pot of salt water, till it draws out the poison...Epson salt or table salt, the hotter the water is best, works every time...do for at least 5 days, to makes sure all redness and pain is gone, at least twice a day. Don't forget guys....

I see all the holes in the ground, do they just leave the holes there or do they fill them in. That's a lot of holes!

It doesn’t work the bead will pop, designed to go on inflated.
Don’t let all air out .In your case you have to let some out of both tires.in your case
Sorry I have big fingers. I use almost same set up. It takes practice to get it but it’s faster and safer
