@@leoniewolters2050 nothing is wrong with you! You’re just going through a hard time right now and it’s ok to have negative emotions. I’m rooting for you to get better in the future
I deleted my calorie counting apps while watching this video. I've always gone back and forth from trying to eat intuitively and tracking everything that goes into my body so thank you.
omg the holidays have always been the WORST time of the year with all my food struggles!!! I used to be so so obsessed with what I ate and it was just never enjoyable. I never liked Thanksgiving or Christmas but now I have a happier and healthier mindset!!!
I'm actually fearing Thanksgiving. More this year then any other. I don't want to have all that delicious food around. Expecially if I'm going to be forced to eat it. (My parents about are trying to get me into recovery). I just can't enjoy all this holiday food. 😔 And I wish I could.
@@kristina-jt2rf A tiny bit. And still felt guilty. :( I passed up a lot of leftovers for salads and veggies the following days. Don't get me wrong, I honestly LOVE salads, and veggies. But I'd be lying if I said I wasn't drooling over all the delicious dishes and desserts. What about you? Did you have a nice Thanksgiving?

I completely agree with what you were saying. I noticed that too that when I stopped viewing it as such a bad thing to eat what I was craving- some days that’s icecream, some days it’s avocado toast, some days it’s dark chocolate- I stopped having CRAZY cravings like I stopped thinking about that food all day. It’s like a mental breath out, it’s awesome to not feel like food is controlling me and I’m controlling my own self and taking care of my body and mental state. 💗 I love that you’re talking about this and about balance, that’s something I’m learning so much lately
Girl! I am obsessed with your curly hair! 😍🙌🏻 I totally agree with you on bringing things into your diet that you normally wouldn't eat everyday! It's a game changer and helps soo much with your relationship with food! We need to stop demonising certain foods and enjoy our lives!
Thank you for opening up about your struggles with food and diet! I feel like a lot of people experience this but don't ever admit it. I know I definitely struggled until I moved to another country and didn't have a gym to obsess about working out at every day. Once I stopped obsessing about working out so much I wasn't as obsessed with food anymore and had a better relationship with it. I just moved to France from Canada while my boyfriend plays hockey here :) the culture here is so different too like the French have such a good relationship with food and it is always to be enjoyed with friends and family and meals are always sit down and slow
this video came to the right time, because I struggle around this time to enjoy all of the good christmas treats, but this year I desire it to be different. I am so excited for your Vlogmas, I can`t wait!! Could you include in those some festive recipes, it would be so epic. Loved this video so much xx
Love your comments about food! It’s definitely so many factors. I always crave sweets at night even if I’m full from dinner, and sometimes I can limit it and sometimes I eat like 10 cookies lol. It’s definitely a balance, it also helps me to just in general avoid buying those types of food when I’m out
eating more during meals or foods that you don’t allow yourself have - the brain will automatically start fixating on food anytime it’s feeling deprived. Food is fuel :)
I literally just ordered my second order of these deodorants. I wasn’t sold on the Candy Cane but now I want it. You convinced me ages ago in a video and they are honestly the best deodorants ever!
During the day I not that hungry but I eat breakfast, lunch and snacks. And when the night comes 🙈 I can't seem to stop eating!? Even if I'm not that hungry😫 Why does this happen??
usually one tends to overeat at dinner because you didn’t get enough food over the day... so maybe have a look at if you’re really eating enough during a day?
Hey Sophie loved your video (as usual). Hope you’re feeling better now after having that bad day 💐 I have some questions if you’re doing a Q&A on eating without restriction! 1. I am an all-or-nothing type of thinker, and in the past when I tried to let myself eat certain foods, I would “let myself go.” Do you have any suggestions on how to manage that? 2. What do you do to the weight changes that happen during the process? Are there any ways to keep your mind off of bad body image? 3. When I start eating new foods, I get break outs and I’m worried about that. What would/did you do? Looking forward to your other videos that are coming up in the future! 🌟🥰
I want to thank you for your videos. I stumbled across your channel because i was looking up videos on how to stop binge eating. I have suffered with disordered eating on and off for 16 years now and for the past 8 months have really struggled with BED. Please do a video on the specific process you took, how long it took you to get better, if you had setbacks, etc. Thank You!
I obsess over carbs, and I cut it out from my life. I don't have moderation with it and I felt terrible. Just recently I switched to gluten free lifestyle, and I enjoy it a lot! Food should be be a source of satisfaction and not any different. Varieties and colours are also crucial!
does anyone else have a fear of cooking with oil, it literally freaks me out so much because to me it’s just unnecessary calories ahhh i feel like i will never eat it again😩
But using oils to cook (good oils like high quality olive oil f.e.) is so healthy and makes everything taste soo much better! And the calories are really not mentionable and don't really make a difference. The most important is that you enjoy your food without obsessing about it. Food is for the body and soul ☺️

Obviously everyone has good and bad days with body imagine because the mind is a funny thing. But the healthiest people and the ones who live the longest are the ones that don’t stress as much 😇

I know it’s so so hard. But just thinking how much freedom you have to go out and enjoy and not stress over something as mundane as food.
Do you stay in a caloric deficit while eating the foods you want? I have been trying to research more on intuitive eating and with my past toxic relationship with food, I want to make sure not to go down that road again. Thank you!

The more you try to control food, the more it controls you. My HIIT Instructor told me this, and it stuck with me: "The root cause of bingeing is restriction". Oh how right she is. Start eating your favorite fun foods everyday (in moderation). Soon it will lose it's power over you. I used to think I had a sugar addiction, but it wasn't an addiction - it was the restriction. Hi lovely, if you watch the whole video I address this and talk about the message behind it x
It's literally not a before and after, maybe watch the video before leaving a negative comment
Do people seriously have so little going on in their lives that their whole life revolve around food???
The contrary, when life feels out of control, food is something within our control. Eating disorders are very real. Very naive comment.
