This school on domination battle is pure luck and as long as I don't face Pravda, Selection and Kuromorimine unless its reach the destination mode because of not having allies as meat shields were a pain in the ass.
You are lucky to get those school in Reach the destination, but its misfortune while playing as St. Gloriana, at least for me. I have been one shotted two times in a row against Kuromorimine once. Both those times near the end.
The horrors of reach the destination when the tank you drive is a Churchill, P40, Tiger or even Centurion facing against the 3 schools I mentioned on my previous comment.

It is though, the gun on the BT-42 was utter crap when up against tanks, it was only good for bunker busting and taking out things like machine gun nests. Oh and its a 114mm howitzer. The one you're thinking of is the SU-152 with the 152mm gun and the insanely powerful HE shells.
To be honest 4T, a BT-42s heat round would have been capable of piercing at least 12 CM of armor. But because of the cold, the fuses would malfunction and cause most shells to bounce off. There is obviously no evidence of cold weather here yet.
DoughBoy Animations more the fact that even the pure weight of the shell whould crush the tankette, its the equivlent to sittibg in a nissan golf and getting hit by a telephone pole going at near 100km/h the pole wont detonate but it will tear the car nearly in half impact alone.
