Here in the Philippines we called it LECHON when we griled it we just dig the ground to make hole for the fire wood we make charcoal to cook it, i think its easy than you do, any way happy to see you celebrated new year with your mom, sister and nieces..wish you more blessing and goodhealth the whole year and beyond.
