    T P Singh ji, 1% jo lete ho for ready to move property mein from both sellers and buyers (total 2%), builders se milta hai 5-10%, 3-8% agar customer maange to kya galat hai. Ready to move property mein aapko jaake dikhana parta hai, new launch mein to dikhana bhi nahi parta, sirf brochure share kiya, video banaya and you are done. Where is the transparency? Aap bolke 2% lo, baaki customer ko pass karo, ye public hai sab jaanti hai.

      @@gurunanakproperties6381 TP Singh ji, signature global and M3M to 4% se zyada deta hai, ye aap bhi jaante ho aur main bhi, to transparent rahiye. Sirf video daalne se ye baat khatam nahi hogi. Aap sharif ho, par there are some bad people destroying the things.

    Sir i am a dealer frim panipat Sector 6. In this context I feel that Goveenment should interfere in this context. Even after the RERA is framed. A lot more thing need to be done for Dealers as well.

    Sir I appreciate your concerns been raised...!!
    But Today when customer is going to office of builder directly builder is offering all commission as "DIRECT DISCOUNT".
    Not local builder but even A grade builders are doing it.
    In long term there will be no hope for survival for channel partners.
