Thank you so much for your so interesting video, I am so grateful as I wanted to find out more about bakhoor and Middle Eastern Home Fragrances as I love for my house to smell wonderful. I would love to watch more videos like this, also videos of your life ( if you wanted to share some ) or of Dubai, but with this video you answered so many of my questions. Thanks a million Hun. ❤ I have a collection ( far too many ) of quality candles , they smell so divine that you can just take the top off and they even scent the room unlit. My beloved sister in law studied aromatherapy many years ago and got me interested in this so I studied this as well and have many essential oils in special timber boxes and use essential oil burners in different parts of the house. I was told that cats can be allergic to some of these and some oils are toxic to them so I am very cautious with this. How does Markus react to the smoke? 😺 Does it worry him or he is so used to it? I am also a touch concerned how I would react to the smoke at the moment thanks to the blasted post covid cough which cost me last night's sleep. I love the idea of being able to spray the carpets, sofas, curtains etc as well. Usually ( we live close the sea so the sea air and sea breeze always smells incredible to me, having grown up in the city of Berlin) I have our windows open to let in the delicious air, but when it gets cold of course airing out becomes less popular. I also cannot do this during fuel reduction burns when they air is filled with smoke haze ( as I get bad asthma) from burning the bush areas to reduce bush fires in the warmer seasons. I really love your sister's burner ❤, so pretty and I love how you can carry it with you around 💜. I also love the little timber one so much💚, the glass one is amazing too💛, so is the one you were sent by Khadlaj. 💟 I would love to get buying all of these things but may wait until my cough is better or perhaps only get the spray as I feel this would be OK , I use diluted essential oils to spray certain things in the house and also add cottonwool scented with essential oils placed in pretty glass containers. I must not be tempted right now as I gave into temptation with Liam Grey😅 which should be arriving by Friday. I promised myself a total break from temptation purchases , let's see how long that lasts , no, really , no space left in my perfume cupboard. I saw your pretty eyes sparkle when you talked about your future house ❤🏠💟. When we decided to move and sell our first house I was against this until we saw a house in this beach suburb here , suddenly there was my sort of dream house, with huge veranda , patios, spiral stair case, sunroom with windows all around, a big balcony, huge windows floor to ceiling to let the sunshine in and front and back gardens, 2 levels ( and an entertainment area which since Covid arrived became Gerry's office where he still works 2 to 3 days a week from home) and loads of space ( and many entry doors. I don't know why but I always loved the idea of many doors to get in or out) and stunning views. I loved it then and love it now, but it needs some updating and renovations and also some work in the garden. My mum was horrified as she felt it was far too large for just the 2 of us, but it was what we always wanted. Gerry's got his own music studio downstairs, sound proved now. I know you will get your dream home 🏠❤💟. I will watch this video again and again. I always have to be careful with fire, not sure why. The burners (censors), the charcoal (disks or tablets), and the bakhoor are three separate things and are sold separately. You light a charcoal in the censor, and once it’s smoldering (will look ashy white), you break off a small chunk of bakhoor and gently place it on top of the charcoal, usually with special tongs so you don’t burn you fingers.

I've been meaning to ask you. Have you ever smelt the perfume hayatim from lataffa? Do you have any info? Or have you review it before? I just recently started watching your videos. You leave on the charcoal indefinitely, it will eventually stop smoking. Depending on how much you put, it will be about 5 minutes. When the smoking slows down or stops, you can just put another small chunk of bakhoor on top of the charcoal.
