Your description of American college student dancing is hilarious and way too accurate. 🤣 To be fair, I can tell you that when there is a dancing scene in a movie, there's usually no music when they film it, thus the awkward dancing and moving around.

I was once watching this years ago, and my grandmother came into the room and asked, "What's this about?" And I responded with, "Oh just one of those movies where the guy has killed some people, and the girlfriend's starting to get suspicious." I like what you said in the beginning. @JayHarangue It's about the true case of Amber Hagerman, the abducted girl who inspired the alert. Not the kind of movie that lends itself to parody. Very sad and still no justice after 28 years. But that's where I was first introduced to Teryl Rothery. I thought she was Kim Cattrall at first.
