Thanks for the video! What would you recommend for those that don't have access to Triton? Do you think passive ultrasonic activation for the sodium hypochloride would be necessary or the continuous irrigation with water is enough? Thanks!
Sir today my question is that in apexification we use MTA plug for 3-4mm in apical area of root canal instead filling whole canal with MTA. What will be possible reason?
I might help You with this question 1 if for any reson You need yo do a rtx it's easier to do it by taking out just gp, accidents can happen triying to remove full MTA 2 In order to MTA or biodentine set humidity is needed, only the las mm are in touch with humidity from PL the mm from cervical third and medial might not set correctly Even with a pellet from.coronal. Hope My explanation help a little.
Dont you think that irrigation agitation other tools should be used in curved canals ? Endoactivator is my priority when theres a curve , EDDY is also useful..
Sir you are a my real teacher...u teaches me a lot.
Thanks a lot! Can you please share links to articles about inefficiency of Ni-Ti ultrasonic tips?

Sir wishing you happy and prosperous Diwali (famous festival of India).
Wouldn't EndoActivator be a good solution?
I use endoactivator for curved canals and ultrasonics for straight canals for that reason.

Thank you so much sir for this video❤❤❤
Thank you for the $2,500.00 solution to a $80,000.00 “proprietary” problem with a single use application fee.
Don’t forget about the extremely aggressive marketing and “standard of care” slogan. :p
Thank you
