I loved the balance between wood, brick, and sheet rock, which is not always the case in many of your listings. I can't do without wood floors, but wood walls and ceilings too can soon become claustrophobic. The light-colored wood cabinets, the soft-gray counter top, and tile floor make can offset dark appliances, like the large black side-by-side refrigerator on this property. I felt that I might be able to breathe in this kitchen while so many other can seem like a cave. This is one of the few houses where I wouldn't repaint entirely. The warm chocolate--cocoa with some milk stirred in--in the upstairs bedrooms is a relaxing choice. You might talk more about those large, large windows for those of us concerned about endless leaks. I love your videos!
1/4 bath, half is w a shower , full bath is tub!!! All over the country!!!
I technicality live in Indiana but i'm on the border of Indiana and Louisville, I drive past the bridge every day(if you didn't know they are separated by a bridge over the Ohio river). The biggest things about Louisville are the old buildings, bourbon, Mahomid Ollie, Church hill downs, we all grew up with the ghost story of the Culbertson Manson (more of an Indiana thing), the cardinals, Slugger field. And when you get of a plane at the Louisville airport the first thing you see is a KFC with a statue of kernel Sanders the other stuff in the airport is mostly bourbon, horse statues, and a giant wire pegasus hanging form the ceiling, and a comfy cow ice cream shop. I was born in Louisville so I mainly see the airport when picking up friends.
A lot of people now prefer living in rural than in cities. It is less stressful in rural. We will surely share this video with our customers for them to get awesome ideas from you. Thanks for this video!
