Tan of any angle is the ratio between sin and cos of the same angle i.e., tan(x) = sin(x) / cos(x). Since sin(90) = 1 and cos(90) = 0, 1/0 is infinity. Infinity is undefined, so tan(90) and tan(270) are undefined.

Hi, for the last questions, what could you do if you were asked to find another value which is in front of the sin? My questions says the graph of y=acos (x-b) ? Thanks!
Hi Sir, hope you are well, for these questions would be be allowed to use a calculator or would we have to use our knowledge on functions to do them without a calculator
it could come with no calculator if they want exact answers or to find exact values or in a calculator paper if they want rounded answers or exact values (just so they make sure you use your knowledge) hope this helps
