Thanks for all of the videos, they’re super helpful! I’d love to see you do a video of the “next” towns farther out of Georgetown and Hutto, like Jarrell and Taylor… thoughts on if those will be expanding like crazy soon too, pros/cons, etc.
My daughter and grandkids live in Georgetown but they live in the outskirts in the morning star communities where they bought their home I’m about to move to be closer to my grandkids and it’s a tossup between Georgetown and round rock I’m 64 but I like going out and having fun and doing things and liveness and music and farmers market concerts my question to you would be should I be going to Georgetown or round rock love the show
How funny I’m possibly going to relocate for apple and am having to decide between round rock and Georgetown. They’re both great. I’d be ok with the commute from George Town if it means maintaining the peaceful vibe that I have in Knoxville TN. What’s the chances of finding 2800sqft in the 4-420 range though?
Sup Colin! Damn yeah that's an eerie coincidence... 😂 They're both great, indeed. Can't go wrong with either one. Based on what you've said though, I agree Georgetown will be the better fit. Can't promise it'll resemble Knoxville 100%, but certainly more than Round Rock. Best of luck and let us know when you need us!
Never found in any other city so much information in the same place. To someone like me that pretend to move to Austin it´s that information is so valuable. Totally different when I first moved to the USA to Fort Lauderdale didn´t know anything about the city, just that I had a gay cousin that was living there. Thank you so much! 👍😉💖💔👋👋👋
Hey there. Tnx sooo much for this very helpful video. Im a father and as we are moving to RRock, Im learning about schools. Just want to know is there a big difference between private/independent and public schools? In terms of both quality and cost... Tnx tnx tnx
I think that the guy that you mention at 29:30, you know, the one in the pickup truck outside of the downtown art gallery tipping his cowboy hat is actually quite charming, the hero of the story even. In my opinion, he embodies that true, authentic, genteel, and difficult to find anywhere else Texas cultural experience. As an out of state transplant, this is the Texas that I would move to Texas to enjoy, cherish, and preserve because I would not relocate to Texas in order to live my life a la California. Yet you reduce this kind, genteel gentleman to being a "hick". In my experience, Texans have always been a very kind and welcoming people. However, this kind of intolerance on the part of newcomers is what is so concerning for many lifelong and multi-generational Texans. I am no snowflake by any means but when you say things like this you only contribute to the cultural divide whether you realize that you are doing it or not.
You are so gorgeous you look like a model, and the actor that played in PET Cemetery and you played basketball so that mean you are a masculinity jock❤
Skin color isn’t all that matters. But you can’t say it doesn’t matter. I’m one of like 5 black people in my current town and it matters a lot. 80% white and very very proud far right people run this place. I even looked it up, my town is 72% white. I was really close lol.
You are spot on! What you say is obvious to us normies out there. However, this RE agency's target audience/potential client pool seems to be transplants from the Bay Area who work in the tech industry. This is an audience/potential client pool that tends to be very woke (I point to the current Elon Musk vs. Twitter employees saga as an example but there are countless others), and to the woke, skin color matters very much as they are, for the most part, six figure earning cultural marxists who bow to whatever the current progressive consensus is. This RE agency is simply catering to the worldview of its target potential clients.

Pflugerville vs Hutto please!
Your videos are very helpful looking to move next year
Roundrock is running out of water, and Georgetown TX is supposedly not. Key difference on these two in this segment.

Thanks Suzi! Happy to be of service. Hutto’s done! Jarrell & Taylor are on the list. 👍🏼
Well done in my opinion! 💪🏽

Great content. Can you give stats on crime? Thanks!
Frank you look like DALE MIDKIFF, the actor from “PET CEMETERY,”

You are the spitting image of Dale Midikiff, the smoking hot actor who played the leading role in “PET CEMETERY,”
This video was a year ago, do you think this has changed?

ThNk you because I like diversity and the melting pot
Good video. But making a 1:1 judgement on skin color vs diversity is a mistake. Culture and values is everything. Skin color doesnt matter.

Crime?
He's cute!
