The explanation behind the 2 in base is that it moves faster when you are not running, and the longer it chases, the more damage the move does. The max I've seen is around 50-60

hol horse 1 in base if u stand still it will do the non tracking rapid fire but if you run with it it will auto track and kinda the same as the awakening. and the 2 in base it goes fast if you stand still and if you do it while running its the slow version. btw hol horse's 4 in base the air variant does less damage than the sliding version but the slide is a little bit more inconsistent
