Never knew this was what I needed to hear all along, like you said even I used to feel guilty about not being able to complete my target schedule and this would demotivate me to a whole level, it would stress me soo much that for a certain period of time I wasn't able to focus on studies at all, but then I got to know that this wasn't something that happens only with me and that it's actually a common issue, from then on I was able to pick myself up again and now I will try my best to approach my target as much as possible ✨

But seeing this vedio I ll try to make a new time table study on regular bases n stay confident n consistent.. Thankssss sir

Our teacher told us that there is nothing like time table you make a time table but never follow it so sir told us that when you are awake study anything you just study and when you feel sleepy sleep then wake study sleep wake study that should be flexible
