A Blissful Trek to Pandav Sera | Nandi Kund | Uttarakhand

in the land of Pandavas.
How to reach:-
Nearest Airport :- Jolly Grant Airport (Dehradoon)
Nearest railway station :- Rishikesh
By Road:- Rishikesh→ Devprayag→ Srinagar→ Rudraprayag→ Ukhimath → Ransi
Trek start from:- Ransi→ Gaundar→ Bantoli→ Khatara→ Nanu→ Madhyamaheshwar→ Kachni Dhar→ Pandav sera→ Nandikund
it is believe that Pandavas from the great mythological epic Mahabharata, stayed in this place for a long time before their attempt at ascension to heaven,
they cultivated a little piece of land, since then the place come to be known as Pandav sera ( sera meaning cultivated land)
NO wonder the Pandavas stayed here for a long time, this is probably the most beautiful campsite i have ever been in.
lush greenery contrasting the flowery carpet, dark clouds hovering over the snow peak, the little stream swerving its way down- may be the Pandavas confused this for Heaven
Pandav sera its a vast meadows on the way to Nandi kund lake and Ghiya Vinayak pass.

I tried to go to sujal sarovar near pandav sera in 2017. I could only reach kachni dhar. I was alone and the weather started getting worse. Still, for me nandikund - pandav sera and budha madhyamaheswar region is the most beautiful place in the entire world. Pandavsera is just heaven.

Yes m agree wid you, this place is just heaven.. When we started from Madhyamahesher everything was alright, but As soon as we reached kachni Dhar, suddenly the weather started getting very bad, and we did 4 to 5 hours trek in the rain, and it was awesome...
