At 1986 Sum Solstice, NM, we pulled our hands at heart-chakra level, for at least 2 hours to this: all of us facing partners of the opposite sex: sacred white tantric yoga... i suddenly 'saw' the entwined-ellipses with flashing prisms on them, all perfectly aligned, all around Yogi Bhujan. It was SO AMAZING, that i wanted to jump up and tell everyone to look, but of course, the guards, WERE ALL OVER ME, AGAINST IT, very gently, but iii was hard-pressed to 'shut-up' about it. lol

My favourite mantra of all🙏 sat nam
I purchased this on cassette tape at The Golden Temple in Baltimore back in the 1980's. I fell in love with it and still have the tape. I used to go there for yoga class and they had a little food counter where I remember my first taste of hummus and really healthy food.
I listened to this as a child with my dad he had the cassette wonderful to find it here. I wonder if this is the same person singing. She made my life so peaceful.
