- Prostate is a Gland that is present in men and it located just underneath the urinary bladder.
The main function of the prostate is to make a fluid that joins seminal fluid in urethra.
Part of the urethra known as prostatic urethra passes through it.
With advancing age, the prostate gets enlarged, and this enlargement with benign in nature starts exerting a pressure effect on urethra and this leads to certain signs and symptoms which we have talked in this video.

ڈاکٹر صاحب میرے غدود کا سائز 63 گرام ہے لیکن symptoms زیادہ نہیں ہیں صرف پیشاب کو روکنے میں تنگی ہوتی ہے پھر بھی ڈاکٹر کے مشورے سے tamsulosin لے رہا ہوں کیا یہ سائز پریشانی کا باعث تو نہیں ہے
آپ نے اتنے اچھے اور تفصیل سے غدود کے بارے میں بتایا ھے کہ اس سے جو غیر ضروری خوف تھا وہ ختم ھو گیا ھے اور اس غدود کے بڑھنے کی وجوہات اور اس سے پیدا ھونے والے اثرات سے مکمل واقفیت ھو گئ ھے ۔ یورالوجسٹ دوائ تو دیتے ھیں لیکن کچھ تفصیل نہیں بتاتے جس سے اس مرض کا خوف کم یا ختم ھو۔بہت بہت شکریہ۔
ڈاکٹر صاحب اگر سب رپورٹیں بھی ٹھیک ہیں لیکن پیشاب کی نالی میں جلن ہوتی ہے ۔ کیا علاج کیا جائے
