    These are not standard cuts of meat in America. Have you guys tried any of these Japanese cuts before? How do you think it compares to American cuts?

    In Kinosaki, Hyogo Prefecture you can eat local Tajima Wagyu,... I think it's good but, especially for Winter, the local fish, buri, and crab, matsubagani are even better !

      Wow, I just looked up Kinosaki and it looks beautiful. Would you say winter time is the best time to go?

      @@HiMikeAndJules Winter time is really good because there is a Sea of Japan fish called buri (鰤) and snow crab called matsubagani (松葉ガニ) which are in season. I heard that the willow trees planted along town stream came from Hanzhou West Lake in China but when I talked to someone in city hall they said this is just a legend.

      @@towada1066 Yes, We had Buri for the first time on our last trip. It was amazing. Never tried the Snow crab though. That is definitely our next destination. Thanks again.

    Has the menu price gone up since you guys visited and is your price correct. Are you sure its not $125 per person?

      We were there last month and the price was 8300 yen for the mid tier combo. So it depends on which combo you get. The price can go as high as 22000 yen for the top tier. The price has possibly gone up because of the influx of new travelers.
