The bodies as u call them well better known as jobsworths lol. If they did their part and kept waterways properly cleaned, farmers land would be drier, less wash off less pollution, easier conditions for all. When farmers take the time and spend money cleaning their own sheughs the water has nowhere to go at some point..always the farmers and contractors getting the blame. Down here in kilkenny our ban lifted three weeks ago. Hasn’t rained since it lifted, ground is drier now than it usually is in March and April .

Yeah they do although we would rarely use it unless in a very big field at slurry. Use GPS more for the other jobs like sowing
