Ok so recently my family bought one of these but it was manufactured incorrectly, and the spot where you attach the handheld to the main body is upside down, is there any way to remedy this without having to buy a brand new one.

So it wasn’t manufactured wrong, you just have to twist it into place really really hard😊

For $50ish dollars this thing is not a good product. It leaks, if u make a shower head that leaks your product should be $20
