Before videoke, we sing in streets with one guitar and the rest would sing one by one.. in schools, to pass music class, you need to sing..later karaoke came and many filipinos bought karaoke and you can here people singing in their houses.. It became a norm... I haven't experienced a filipino complaining of a loud videoke party..Maybe there are complaints but I did not encounter it.. I used to sing with mic and piano or karaoke that is very loud and when I go out my friends would say, I heard you and that's about 100 to 200 meters from our house amd no one complained amd i did it a lot of times and it became normal. imagine there are 42,045 barangays in the philippines and in a barangay there is always one who is good at singing and can be considered a professional singer one day... this is why it is normal in the philippines to sing and some would really get into singing and parents would support and encourage them to keep on singing so passion comes..Here you can't stop them singing.. The more you practice the more you become a good singer.. Maybe not perfect but can really sing well. This is why singing competition is a tough here.. to be in shows like the voice, x factor, tnt, got the talent would really be the bests of the bests. That's the situation analysis...

That's why when Miss Lea turned around, her eyes were widened and she said "Ooooh I know you!! You are mine!!"
