How to make a one crossbar swag backdrop

The white fabric is sheer, the marron is lycra spandex and the pink is satin fabric. I bought them from a local fabric store. I bought the flowers in China in a local store when I was there last year.
The backdrop size is 10ft x 8ft.
Most of my fabric is 14ft hight. I keep all my fabric very long because it’s very easy to create the design.
