crazy: at the end you pay in local currency ( 6490 pesos at a 300 peso to 1 usd unofficial exchange rate), $21 USD .. SO if you pay in USD, they give you the much lower official exchange rate.
Exactly! That’s why my suggestion is 1. Bring cash to Cuba (preferably usd) and 2. Change it in local currency in Cuba and pay all the time in it

If you get money out of the atm, the conversion is way lower
