I couldn't find your subreddit post you posted in the Newtubers or Smalltubers subreddit. But I don't think there's anything wrong with your Channel.
It's just that Lets Play style gameplays are over saturated when i compared your channel to someone else on the platform and since you're playing quite a lot of games, YT may still be trying to cater your videos to the right audience, even today. Have a look at your most popular videos and see why they're doing well.
I dont watch a lot of lets plays so I can't say much else.
I'm experiment my own gaming channel as well so im seeing what works and what doesnt. Feel free to check it out if you have time :)
