@@thetrailreaper6317 2 Quick questions: 1.how does your full hydro steering drive on the street and on the highway? In the video where you drive from the tarmac onto the track your steering motion looks effortless. 2. Is it a comfortable drive at 60mph for long distance driving 300+ miles? Im considering building a truck that will see street use using full hydro and I bet you can give a difinitive word on what its like? Much appreciated!
Nice run! Your Jeep handles great. Gold Mountain is a favorite of mine, but I've never run it near that fast. It is a lot of fun in the snow. Did it last Thanksgiving in 18" of snow👍
I lived in Big Bear for years. Gold Mountain is No Problem at all. Great views if they to John Bull than down white mountain than that would be a better challange.
Not this time. I’ll be hanging with friends and enjoying the trail but you better believe I’ll be making a run like this on the Con soon! I’ve never wheeled in Texas yet but it’s on the hit list.
So what’s he do when it starts pouring rain on the way back to Newport Beach (not that we get a ton of rain here 🙄) Does he have some kind of soft top setup he carries in back?
Favorite takeaway from this video is the manual transmission. Wow! I want a V8 or the new hurricane i6 turbo with a manual transmission in my JKU hard rock. Not sure if it’s possible but, when the time comes I’m going to have the old v6 put to rest and find a more powerful engine to play with my 6 speed.
@@dobermanracing Exactly. I have a long travel 4x4 Tacoma and it is fun to hit the trails fast. You just have to be cautious of motorcycle and other rigs on blind corners.
That's certainly not treading lightly. What a way to F up the trail for normal trail users. Go out to Hammers. Now I know that RockstarGarage is a bunch of trail a-holes.
That's not even a true statement, Trail Reaper is a local to Big Bear and drove moderately through the trail and kept up a good pace. He didn't leave the trail or damage anything on the trail in his run no more than any rig does on a trail. Get off your couch and come wheel with us before you make a statement that is untrue.
@@RockstarGarage I was just on that trail a couple weeks ago. Since he's a local, I'd think he'd not want that trail to turn into a local race course. Though maybe he doesn't give a F. Maybe he needs to get out more to places that are more suitable to offroad racing. The rig is certainly capable of doing more than just a moderate beginner trail. Roosting around all the corners is the same damage as any other vehicle on the trail? Treading lightly is more than just not going off the trail.
This is the sickest Wrangler ever built. Hands down to date. And there is a lot of nice stuff out there.
Gold Mountain will never be the same. Talk about making your average trail an EPIC experience. Awesome!
I’ve never seen anyone rip through this trail so fast. Badass
At least you didn’t break! Jeep is a beast, awesome job buddy
What a fantastic build! i don't think i've ever seen 1 tons pushed as hard as yours on terrain like that! well done man!
Heck yeah! Thank you!

That rig is such a unique and awesome rig.
Wow awesome Jeep and trail 👍
That was awesome!! Great video.
This looks like so much fun!
Can you please do a video of the trail reaper build. Like all the mods and fab work so we can see it all. It’s my favorite build ever!!
Check out Camprockfab on Instagram:) you'll have to scroll down a bit, but you will find the trail reaper on there!
I love all of the different camera angles. The trail and jeep are cool but im taking more notes on your editing and film style. Nice work.
That little 4.0 is always on the edge of sending one to the promise land.
Badass rig Scott
Falcon 3.3 and front and back pre runner hydraulic bump stops I’m super impressed I can’t imagine what this Jeep feels like 🤤
Awesome video and awesome rig...as usual.
Team Rockstar Garage will always bring it! 👊😉

I want to see the Reaper on more trails in Johnson Valley, that thing is built for the Hammers.
I saw it come out of Chocolate Thunder during KOH this year!
Cooler Jeep in einem coolen Gelände !
What steering wheel setup is that?!
Going to try and do that on the Rubicon trail? Lol and you ever come out to Texas?

More Grim Reaper!
What's the hurry? It's not ultra 4. Just fun for you huh?
It's fun to drive fast
Yep! As I said... this is just how I challenge myself and I find it extremely fun to run trails fast. Not saying you have to. 🤙😁

Step one: get sponsored by energy drink.
How much to build that jeep?
Probably ten dollars. Could be a little off.
Have you ever seen a Sasquatch up there?
I never heard a Jeep sound like that.
Supercharger...
Running high speed, low drag #wolfpack
🤣 yeah buddy! #wolfpack
Reaper vs Grdloc
I like it! 🤘😆
I need a jeep
NO DOUGHT YOU KNOW QUIN
20 minutes for a trail that would take my Tacoma 3+ hours…lol
