There is no such a thing as an authenthic mexican city, Mexico is a diverse country with diferent realities and cultural differences just as the US. It´s like saying that San Diego or LA are not authenthic american cities.
When people say nonsense things like you and think that all of Mexico are indigenous peoples and traditions and it is not modern at all, that is why countries in Europe and North America itself, continue to say that Mexico is still beautiful because it is a third world. Mexico is diversity and future, not everything is colonial and indigenous
