It would certainly be a close match but I would say Vika, she was almost unbeatable on HC in 2012.
Angie beat Serena in her peak though in a slam final which is a big thing.
By the way And Kerber only beat Vika once in their meetings I remember their heard to head about 10-1
Skill wise I think they are evenly match but, I wonder why Kerber always lose to Vika.
