New to Cloud+ cert training. What books would you recommend studying from for the CVO-004 edition?
Is the CVO-003 Cybex study guide book obsolete? What topics does it not cover that the CVO-004 covers?

Studying for the old exam will help, but the material has changed slightly. Hence, the refresh. I do not know of any books available for the new test. I will try to watch for one. CompTIA does have some content out - www.comptia.org/training/by-certification/comptia-cloud.
I expect books to be coming soon.
As for the differences... The main thing is the increased focus and depth in automation and DevOps.
