Awesome vid again Matt DV. Just a short comment. In ancient Greece: Loukoumades can be traced back to a part of Greek cuisine as early as 776 BC. These sweet, deep-fried dough balls were often prepared for special occasions dating back to the Ancient Greek Olympic Games! The Greeks called them “honey tokens” and served them to the winners of the games. Each : honey token " as they are still served today at Greek festivals are deep fried and covered with honey, cinnamon, and toppings of roasted almonds or crushed walnuts. The Italian version has confection sugar on top each dough ball and dropped into a small bag.

Hi Matt, you're you're not far from here my mother live. I have to be honest, I don't like that Jersey is trying to be NY, because it's not. I wish there were more clothing stores. I love going to that area when farmers market arrive. I never heard anybody refer/call Jersey City chill town. I have to ask around, since you mentioned it. lol
