I was a basketball player, thought I would be like Michael Jordan, but God had His plan. One day I was worshipping as usual in a Wednesday Night Bible Study, and the Spirit of God touched my life, and I no longer had a desire to be all about basketball, but to be all about Jesus.

My mom passed in August 2015. A few days after she passed. I was meditating and praying. Her spirit came to me. My faith and strength in God got me through it. God is good and faithful. I think losing a child is the hardest . Thank God for God, he takes us through day by. My only child, a beautiful daughter passed away 20 yrs. ago, someone may say " oh she should be over by now", everybody grieves differently, but, God makes the pain softer each day, praise his holy name.
Your son was God's special gift to u, thank him for the yrs. U shared, that's what I do, n I talk to her every day. You see I will always be her mother. God has bestowed that title upon me n u too, praise his holy name. We will see our children again, n we will never have to say "goodbye" again. God bless you always. Just when i am at my lowest, i bump into this song. The lyrics are just talking to my situation. Truly Lord there is nothing better than you. At this moment Lord may you turn my graves gardens, my discouragement into encouragement, my sorrows into joy, my disappointments into appointments, my tests into testimonies.
"And you came along and put me back together" man that bit gets me every time, I was a broken man with no direction in life except down and when I thought I could go down no more I called on HIS name(Jesus) and He was right there ready to do for me all I had been wanting but had no power or strength to do. He offered forgiveness and mercy and a love I had no idea could be given so unconditionally. In Him I have more than I could ever hope to get or have and now He is my only true desire.
