As a person who plays Prime Ray and Oni Luffy for a good year or so, he can still be very good in the meta if you just play his role. His dodge is one of the best in the game so far.

I think this medal set could be improved for Ray by having Hakuba Medal instead of luffy for the additional 8% capture speed when the base of over 50% for 16% capture speed under those conditions which is good because the meta rn has G5 and BMs running Around

I like to play with Rayleigh but bcz of new Queen. I just cannot use him. Cuz if I perfect dodge queen he will recover his hp and will get invicible. And my Rayleigh is weak cuz he is at level 80. I did not level him up😅.
You arent wrong some G5 players at time makes me question if they even know the game,used Kyoshiro & idk how many times G5 just walks past me while others say defend treasure.
Silvers rays kit is pretty bad, cus he cant nullify stats effect while perfect dodging and at times he doesnt even gain invincibility. He needs hp recovery after cappin and some dmg reduc.
DMG Reduction and HP Recovery is the perfect buff for him. Giving him Status Effect Nullification will only make him busted rendering Alber and other potential G5 counters useless

Excellent unit, the only bad thing about him, are his normal attacks, they are weak and kinda bad, but he is really fun tho
