Yapool human diguse - Shimizu Kouji in Mebius series (20017). Others:Anguirus,Rodan, Fire Rodan,Kumonga,Gabara,Baragon,Biollante,Battra,Destroyah,Gigan,mechaghidorah,Hedorah,Ebirah,King Caesar,Manda,Godzilla Jr.Orga,Gorosaurus,Megalon,Kamacuras,Kameobas is Tortoise,M.O.G.U.E.R.A. and Dorat Spacegodzilla 29 Movies.
The plot and this particular fight would be ripped off some 25 years later, in one episode of Ultraman Tiga where Tiga battles Fire Golza. Where Fire Golza/Lunatyx is feeding on the lava of a volcano about to erupt before Tiga/Ace intervenes. And prevents an eruption by chucking Golza/Lunatyx into the volcano. The main difference tho, is that Tiga had at least the decency to kill Golza before dropping him into the lava ... Ace shoved Lunatyx in there while it's still alive, so that the monster dies a slow and painful burning death ^O^

Thanks to PlutoTV's TokaSHOUTsu On Demand, I can FINALLY see all 50 episodes of Ultraman Ace, including this unforgettable battle between Ace and Lunatyx, one bad, BAD bunny. This wascally diabolical Choju Wabbit was responsible for laying waste on the Moon, and Ace's fiery and valient battle with him. How can we ever forget those eye missles or the battle inside the volcano? In the end, our two heroes, Seiji Hokoto and Yuka Minami, parted ways. She is actually a citizen of the Moon and thanked Hokoto for being one-half of Ace. She gives her ring to Hokoto and becomes Ace... SOLO, and has been for the past 52 years since the events of Episode 25 ( if I'm right about that ). Ace was very exciting and scary at times, but it was very fun and interesting to watch. Today, he has a godson, Zett, and how can EVER forget that unforgettable episode 19 of Z where godfather and godson battled one of Ace's toughest opponents, the Hitman TM, Barbass. Great highlight of this hot and heavy ( on the action ) battle!
It's kinda interesting to see Ace not use any of his beam techniques in this fight when he is called the Master of Beam Techniques by the ultras and people alike. Instead he opts to throw Lunatyx in magma/lava.
For Ace to last 5 minutes instead of the usual 3 makes me wonder if his color timer, along with the other ultras, got upgraded after Ultraman came home.
