From person experience I would never trade a bp for a bunch of low value units unless you want the units to use or for cosmetic's as its near impossible to then trade these lower value units up for something of higher value.
For me, I got a bunch of low vaule units upgraded them by a bit, then upgraded that further, downgraded for better stuff, Then I had doffy and boros and skull knight all for homura
W video, not gonna trade for some time, but when i finish obtaining all the new units. this is a great guide, (i didn't even know a value list existed for this game.) Ty :)
