Ma'am agar us time period me B ne D ke behalf pe contract kiya or guarantee de A ko ki voh voh D ke behalf pe payment karega but agar
B insolvent ho jata hai ya fir mentally ill h jata hai toh kya doctrine of frustration se contract discharge ho jayega
Fir creditor ko compensate kon karega😊😊
