I am making one of this to use with a group I have been asked to dance with this weekend. I making a pink overlay to go over a purple unitard and circle skirt. I thought it would look like the colors of love, for Kari Jobe's version of reckless.

The name of this fabric is called Lycra matte milliskin nylon fabric , also anything that stretches work. I'm also not a seamstress at all just wanted to share how I made this overlay so I may not be the best in answering questions about measurement etc. So sorry

Lycra Matte miliskin fabric I got it from Amazon. But if you go to a fabric store anything that stretches should be fine
