Soft Brownie Recipe
Recipe
Ingredients
Sugar 200 gm
Fine Flour 110 gm
Cocoa Powder 50 gm
Baking Soda 4 gm
Baking Powder 4 gm
Salt 2 Pinches
Egg 1 Piece
Oil 75 gm
Milk 125 ml
Hot Water 125 ml
Method
Take a bowl. Mix sugar, oil and milk well in it. Then add egg into the mixture and mix well. Now add fine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt in the mixture. At the end, add hot water and pour the mixture in the mold. Now bake it at 160° for 35 minutes.
