Karolina, the bathroom meme is basically an English language joke. From the time you're a kid in school and you ask permission to use the bathroom, everybody's instinct is to say "can I go to the bathroom", but the grammatically proper thing to say is "may I go to the bathroom". Teachers just like to take that opportunity to give a grammar lesson. They like to ask the annoying question "I don't know, can you?" It's just a very tired joke and now it's become a meme. So there you go, that's why the teacher and bathroom memes exist.

It's good to know that meme mom embraces her memes.

Sincerely,

Omfg thank you for validating my anger towards the ending of Villette!!!! She's my favorite classic author but like. She didn't have to do us dirty like that.
I am a teacher. It's an English grammar thing.
"Can I go to the bathroom?"
"You don't have anything to do anyways"
*cries in student
*frantically searching for my meme*

Karolina on semolina really had me in stitches. Don't know why but it made my day.
I react to memes all the time. I am the meme and so is my life.
Hella mood
Lol... stuffing your face with chips in the period drama was THE BEST!😂. My youngest son wanted to get a parrot and name it, Pigeon. He has quite the sense of humour.😂

My parents love your videos 😂 they're some of my favourite to put on our family TV because your shorts make them laugh really loud and they get really invested in your more serious videos.
That’s really cute, say hi from me!
Well this is wholesome
My sister and I used to "sneeze" and then try to draw what it looked like while the sneezer held that face.
you: march is in 3 months
me, automatically: TAKE IT BACK
OCTOBER is in 3 months WHAT
@@otizev how dare you say that to me on this day
regarding 'can i go to the bathroom' and teachers going 'idk can you?' in the english language it's TECHNICALLY improper to ask 'can i'; we're supposed to ask 'may i go to the bathroom'; asking 'can i go to the bathroom' implies, in english, that you are asking the teacher not for the ability to go to the bathroom, but if you have the ability to go to the bathroom. it's stupid and pedantic seeing as they clearly know what you mean LMAO.
This. Plus it's amusing watching students' reactions.😂
I wouldn't be surprised if Karolina is genuinely a Victoria era woman who somehow got transported to the 21st century who just happens to enjoy contemporary humor
