  • Here we come in after the house builder who would also do the surrounding areas has disappeared.
It is difficult to get into the back of the house now that the house is already in place.
We will restore the site and also make it so that minimal maintenance is required.
It is always tricky to take over a project like this, you do not know how things are placed and at what depths. No drawings, pictures or other documentation are available.
    In this episode
In this part we make a way to the back of the house.
Here we begin the first preparations for raising the ground.
We are also starting the renovation of the driveway by taking in the edges. Unmarked electricity and optical fiber also appear here, the solution for which has not yet been decided.
The car park also gets a facelift along with a little extra parking space.

    FAQ:
T.Ö Hansson is not my company, in my company it's just me.
I am hired as a machine operator by T.Ö. Hansson and I'm paid per hour.
They have 3-4 people out in the field + me and Åberg who have our own companies.
That means that I own none of the machines you see in videos and I don't know all the machine specifications.
It's also why I never answer price questions, it's between T.Ö Hansson and the customer.

After watching a number of these videos in which you make it look easy, I can tell it's much harder than it looks. You're not just operating the equipment, but also creating things, AND making it look good. Really nice work. The customer is getting their money's worth.

I have lived many years, and witnessed many things (good & bad) ... but until watching HEDBLOM, I had never seen anyone who could actually self-applicate toilet paper with an excavator. What a channel.

Nicely done! Looking forward to seeing the finished product! Sounds like the builder was over-his-head in this project or just under bid the job…

Ask Mr Hansson to look into getting you a 'blade buddy'... ours has been a godsend in cutting down tracking time when moving large stones and loose rock (and tools!) when the load is too small to warrant the dumper or trailer! Arrgh don't you just hate installers that don't lay cabling properly!

So, cutting the edges of the driveway... is that to create a ditch for water to run off to?
Also “glad” to see unmarked electric lines are not only a Hungarian speciality ;)

Can you say me whats the price of the tilt rotator? Great Video.

    • @bjornleidelof1406
      @bjornleidelof1406 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

It is not so easy to answer. A mid sized tilt-rotator, like what is used here is perhaps around $10 000. However the controls for it need to be integrated with the excavator controls, i.e. you need new joysticks, new electronic controls, additional hydraulic valves etc. So installing on an existing excavator would be very expensive. Here in Sweden I would guess that around 95% of all new excavators have them installed from new so it may not be so easy to distinguish exactly what the cost of the tilt-rotator is in the total price of the new machine.

Is this an "all by yourself day", Hedblom? So Irre has started to trust you now?!? Haha! When I saw the "orange" spraypaint my first thought was "That's a lot of surveyed Telecom-lines?". Or are you using Hot Pink markerpaint for your self? ;-) You have really good taste in music to us, but I can think you're listening to another things at home, in garage or in your car.
Tog du hem de grövre enarna? Kan bli många smörknivar gjorda av dem hemma i ditt garage! Nu när du inte behövde laga mosaikbordet som "vinterhobby" från förra bygget! ;D [Juniper tree = Homemade Butter knives!]

      We don't have much choice..hahahahaha... :)
Sweden's area is covered to 69 percent by forest land. Built-up land makes up only 3 percent. Sweden is also rich in bogs and wetlands, and the proportion of open bogs is 7 percent greater than the total proportion of agricultural land.
