Purpose of the harrow train:

The harrow train as a universal tool for soil cultivation:
For the different tasks of farmers, the manufacturer tries to choose the optimal tool to perform the maximum number of operations with minimum costs with one unit. Such a tool is a harrow train or a harrow tooth train. Not so long ago, there were only imported analogs of such units in Ukraine. For example, the McFarLane trail harrow has made a name for itself with these implements. But the price for such a “toy” is very high and many farmers cannot afford it.
Domestic producers came to the aid of our farmers. One of these is the Avers-Agro company, which produced and shipped to dozens of farms a trail harrow Green Way mounted with a working width of 4.3 m, 6.2 m, and a trailed harrow trailed with a working width of 5.3 meters to 24 meters.

Strong frame. Reliable solid-drawn bar 150x150mm made of 09G2S steel. Central frame with tandem suspension of support wheels.
On the grippers (17m, 18m, 21m, 24m), hydraulic cylinders are installed on the extreme support wheels to turn them during unfolding and folding. This solution greatly facilitates the transition from working to transport position and vice versa.
The design of the harrow train has 16 rows of teeth mounted on transverse pipes, which are hinged to each other. Thanks to such a device, the field copying effect appears, which in turn greatly facilitates further operations. The design of the trail harrow allows you to leave the field earlier, because it is not sensitive to soil moisture. This effect is achieved due to the large distance between the pipes of the loop 280mm.

У нее один недостаток,нужен мощный трактор!!!👈 Да и земля пух,не есть хорошо!!! После дождя коркой берется!!!
Здравствуйте! Есть шлейф борона от 4 метров под МТЗ 80, заменяет предпосевную культивацию. Корку уберёт ротационная борона.
@@timursharabidze2709 а не легче не доводить почву до пыли??? А просто делать комки 1-2-3 см.Меньше проходов,не так утрамбовывается земля!!!
