Hey Britt and cosmic wifey fam 🌟 Brittany’s always telling us to share something that helps us and something I felt called to do this morning is to make a list of all the things that make me feel bad and on the other side of the paper write a list of all the coinciding things that I can do that will make me feel good for example what makes me feel bad is not having enough clean clothes and feeling flustered in the morning so what would make me feel good is doing my laundry and actually putting my clothes away 😂 I know it sounds so simple but I hope it helps someone else because it’s really helping me have clarity about my own joy rn. I need to move but they are poisoning my food water forcing me to live in a deadly level of mold and mildew my new worker wont show up for our apts and its bad I have no way to move and my disability prevents me from walking which is why thiy destroyed my transportation (scooter) so now i cant even get to the store when i do have the $. This is a bad place to be mind body and soul without help i wont make it and that is frightening! Q they make us live with roaches and other bugs swarming around because of no repairs getting done for 16yrs im angry that this bs causes my cat to suffer!
