When I use to play ball in HS and AAU I would catch myself doing it a lot. One of my coaches should me the difference in my play. It helped me a lot fr staying calm and trusting my game and moving on to the next play

I would force shii and not read the court naturally and my defenders that I couldn’t even play my game. Not tryna make this about me just saying I could see it in his play as soon as moon took that lead I think around 23 he stooped letting the game come too him. You can tell as soon as he got the ball he was telling himself what he was gone do and when it didn’t work it was breaking him mentally.
That just shows how good mood is Jlew was locked in and looked the best he’s ever looked and moon was still able to beat him even though his 3 ball wasn’t falling like it normally does at the end

Damn, I thought JLew was always more shifty than Moon but I think he got a little comfortable early, and when you get too comfortable early-on in a 1v1 or 2v2, or even team games, it can be very tough to get back into your killer-mode mindset. Still a great game both ways.

i think jlew had the right mindset to begin with but his conditioning hurt his mentality significantly because he felt the need to end it
