I don’t like the chair set up. One seat gets a clear view of the tv *and* a nice big space beside it *and* an end table. The other one is jammed against the wall and gets view of a faucet. Guess which seat my husband would get. At the very least, the faucet chair gets the consolation of an end table.

The living area AC looks like manual control not ducted, can you please confirm?
Actually, the rear (bedroom) AC has the manual control and is non-ducted. The living area AC is ducted with the digital thermostat.
