Hi, i have a crushing/mining operation here in brazil and i'm facing some issues with the amount of dust my crusher makes. Do you have any tips on how to decrease the amount of dust it produces/throws away in the production line?
At this jaw setting crusher was making 4 inch down,crushing around 270 tph,will do around 355 tph at 5 inch setting and more if product has more fines,softer material etc👍

I tried to choke a screen one time, it was only screen no crusher. I did 400 tons per hour trying to bury that thing with my excavator. The only thing to choke was air filter on the screen engine. I'D jump out of my excavator, clean that air filter, fire that thing back up, and I set record at that pit. 4100 ton that shift. I got to find out what brand that was damn it. That thing would take 600 time per hour I know it.

Look into atomized water, it's pricy but we'll worth it and way better than a regular spray nozels
