The fact these writers don’t know the difference between juvenile detention, county jail and state prison while having it as a main point of a character is strange. It’s not hard to learn the difference and stick to one that makes sense for a child rather than just tossing them around as if it’s all the same thing. Also, it’s extremely common for inmates to talk about their current and previous crimes, but this child seems to think it’s taboo 😅
If anything its taboo to NOT discuss or disclose your crimes within the prison system. If you try to obscure if you will be branded a chomo real, real fast

I went on the weekends to make sure I didn't get pushed into forced weekend shifts. I was overworked and exploited but never bothered to ask when I'd get off kuz I worked to make sure my shit was done. If I've got 7 sheets then I'm getting 7 sheets done so I don't spend 2 hours in the morning running sheets while fixing the ones fucked up when I wasn't there. I was there before and after my boss. I made money that fed my kids and paid for us to do anything we wanted. Saturdays were just to pay the money we blasted on friday nights out. People winging about not making money on 20 hours a week are dumb. hit 40 then make 1.5 and cash up.

weirdly enough you legally can if youre a medic in the military, ya work under the doctor above yous license. i was giving people stitches and perscribing birth control at 18 and it definitely felt like it should not have been legal

Not only is this show aweful it is also wrong. The doctor just injected air into the vein which could cause and air embolism resulting in cardiac arrest, respiratory issues, and death. If the patient came in with possible injuries you would want to go back to basics ABC (airway, breathing, and circulation). If this case came into my ER the medical team would check for responsiveness, pulse, breathing, and airway. If she is a burn victim, and it is was suspected that her airway was burn she would be immediately intubated to maintain an airway. At the same time some one would be checking for a pulse and breathing, setting up IV access, and etc. Rant over.
