I mentioned this in the chat. Dionte is Keenan last year. Just from a volume standpoint, great route runner, and was not a sexy upside pick. I think Dionte could surprise here. You need some of these guys too. Love this team, great job.
Solid draft but I don’t like passing on Allgeir in the 12th for Vidal when you have Bijan Robinson. Your team is built around him-and passing on insuring him for that cheap is reckless imo.
@jeffv3296 Exactly, you never hedge against your first round pick on the same team. Your most likely outcome is simply never using a pick you made and wasting a pick that could have been a separate breakout. You maximize upside when your first round pick hits and then one of your contingency plays hit, now you have two players smashing.
I'm glad I'm not in main event this team is scary. Also we need to consider: 1) that NFL teams have way more health info like metabolism data etc than we do in advance of production declines, 2) all the sharpest fantasy minds are bosses at businesses now so their employees have no incentive to forcefully disagree.
@@StealingSignals nah I've been poking the bear on the Keenan Allen case. Diggs has plenty of upside still I think, much clearer he moves teams even in his prime due to agitating co-workers
I’m kind of confused what the difference is between Diggs and Kupp tbh. Players at the age cliff with declining efficiency from last year with younger alpha receivers around them. And Diggs actually has even more competition with Tank. I’m out on both of them tbh. Rather be a year early than a year late. If I’m wrong, so be it. But either of them have very huge bust potential, and their ADPs aren’t low enough to be worth the risk. 6th-7th round, hell yeah. 3th-4th there’s too many other good young players that are great bets to make to want either of them for me.
agree. if anything i think kupp has a much more clear path to upside than diggs despite having my concerns with both. i get gretch being in because he’s at least been consistent with his target earning valuation with guys like davante and diggs, but jakob being out on davante and kupp yet in on diggs seems inconsistent to me. not sure why people nah-wave the concept that the aging receiver showing decline (imo), on a new team, with a 1 year commitment, might not have the same target share with nico and tank that he was able to have with gabe davis and cole beasley
I understand your perspective, but this is one of those ones where it's all about cost, and for you that cost isn't low enough, and for me the concerns you're mentioning are baked in at those prices.
@meatwad42069 We've talked about this before, but it's not a nah wave, and I think that's a key point here. You think people drafting these guys are blowing by all signs of risk, but I think I'm analyzing that risk appropriately and weighing it into cost. I know you mention here I've been consistent with my target points, but yeah, there's analysis like that which informs the bet. It's not ignoring the risk, though, is the point I wanted to emphasize. There's obvious risk.
@@StealingSignals that’s totally fair (non derogatory), i guess my hang up is, before fat allegations, i just had a hard time seeing why keenan was 2 (now 3, or even 4!) rounds cheaper than diggs, when it feels like a very similar bet of a historical volume hogs changing teams with 1 year commitments going to crowded receiver rooms with insanely talented QBs. so in that sense considering diggs was like, a late 2nd round guy if i’m not mistaken in the big board (? that could be wrong to be fair), it just feels like the market penalized keenan more even before fat allegations, so diggs never felt like a full discount to me. appreciate your perspective tho
@@StealingSignals also apologize for that one day i hopped in chat and semi trolled with my shakir/slayton/diggs final 10 games stats, was drunk and had a buddy tell me to respond since i’m not the biggest diggs guy lmao, didn’t catch your full gist that day i was just yappin
What an unreal draft holy shit good stuff guys
Came together well!

Yep, I'm excited about what he can provide from a floor perspective, but agree people don't talk about the upside enough either.
Jakob plus Gretch is an auto W

Basically drafting with a condom
Can't tell if this is a troll or not
if Bijan goes down your season is over. no point in playing scared by drafting your own handcuff

He's among the very last picks I would have made there, given Bijan being on this roster.

Who was the disagreement about here? Diggs?
