    Is curry powder mild madras powder. How do I freeze this if you only using little sauce each time. Should I make ice cubes and bag them freeze. Is this base gravy same as the big pan you made in the past. Can I freeze these cooked potatoes

      Curry powder I believe is also known as mild madras powder. I have never froze these so unsure. The base is the same. I also have a smaller scale base.
